9.00 am to 10 am  Vinyasa Yoga with Simone

Vinyasa  is mindfulness in motion, flowing breath led sequences that open up layers of perception. Vinyasa means to ‘place in a special way’, an indication of its precision and mindfulness at its heart.  Time to flow, time to open and grow ! 

Simone is a qualified Vinyasa teacher, masseuse with a background in Social Work predominantly mental health. She is passionate about yoga and how it expands to all facets of our lives: spirituality, philosophy, morality, compassion and love. She also recognises the inextricable link between well-being and nature.

10.30am to 11.15 – 11.30 am Sound Meditation with Meagan 

With a bespoke sound meditation experience on the beautiful west coast of Australia. Wrapped in a cocoon of ambient sound vibrations, you will reach a deep level of relaxation quicker than most other modalities, and be transported to a place of peaceful wellbeing, ready to move forward in a balanced and positive way. Good vibes are guaranteed. 

Meagan commenced her journey to sound in 2017, when she travelled to Germany to train with Master gong player Kay Karl at the Gong Centre Berlin. On return from Berlin, Meagan created a boutique sound retreat on the west coast of Australia, where she shares the joy and benefits of sound meditation. Meagan is an artist and practitioner with an outstanding career across health, science and the Arts.
